Welcome to Flowers* (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services (the “Service”). By purchasing a “Bouquet” (a comment), submitting a “Note” (the message you want posted), or otherwise using our Service, you agree to comply with these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. By purchasing a 'Bouquet*' you agree to these terms. 

1. Service Overview

Flowers* allows users to submit written comments (“Notes”) that we post anonymously on public social media platforms using burner accounts. Users remain anonymous, provided they adhere to these Terms.

2. Acceptable Use & Content Restrictions

By using the Service, you agree that any Note you submit:

  • Must be lawful – Your Note must not violate any local, state, national, or international laws.
  • Must be respectful – No racism, homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia, fat-shaming, or attacks on disabilities.
  • Must not be defamatory – You may not knowingly make false statements about any individual, company, or entity.
  • Must not contain threats, harassment, or incitement – Notes containing threats of harm, targeted harassment, or calls for violence will not be posted.
  • Must not include NDA-protected or sensitive information – You may not disclose trade secrets, confidential business information, or any material covered by a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
  • Must not include personal data – No sharing of addresses, phone numbers, financial details, or any other personally identifiable information (PII).
  • Must not impersonate others – You may not submit Notes that falsely claim to be from another person or entity.

Failure to comply with these rules will result in your Note being rejected.

3. Legal Compliance & Disclosure of Information

At Flowers*, privacy is non-negotiable. We do not share, or sell user information.

We will only disclose data if required to do so by a valid court order or subpoena. No voluntary disclosures. No grey areas.

If you submit a Note containing material protected under a non-disclosure agreement or any other legally sensitive information, you accept the risk that a court may compel us to release related records. This may include your submission and payment details.

Please use discretion. Anonymous does not mean above the law.

To protect yourself, do not submit Notes that could expose you to legal liability.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

  • Each Bouquet (comment) costs $5 USD.
  • No refunds will be issued if a Note is deleted by the recipient, or rejected by our filters.
  • If a Note is rejected at our sole discretion, we will refund in full.

5. No Guarantee of Posting

We reserve the right to reject any Note at our sole discretion. Purchasing a Bouquet does not guarantee that your exact message will be posted.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Flowers* Credit

Flowers* offers credit bundles (“Credit” or “Credits”) that allow you to purchase multiple (comments) in advance. By purchasing Credits, you agree to the following additional terms:

Usage: Each Credit equals one Bouquet (comment). Credits can be redeemed at any time.

Transferability: Credits are tied to the purchaser’s email. They may be shared with a teammate if you designate an alternate email at checkout.

Non-Refundable: Credits are non-refundable once purchased.

Redemption: To redeem a Credit, you must submit a Note in compliance with our Acceptable Use & Content Restrictions (see Section 2).

Purchasing Flowers* Credit does not guarantee that every Note will be posted. All Notes remain subject to moderation and these Terms.

By using Flowers*, you confirm that you understand and agree to these Terms.
